Back To Netball
FESTIVAL
Back to Netball Teams are invited to take part in a number of short competitive matches (approx. 16 minutes per game) and prizes will be given to those taking part. We will be running various workshops throughout the day to include a basic rules refresher, shooting, attacking and defending.
Venue: George Salter Collegiate Academy, West Bromwich.
Registration from 9.30 am for 10am start. We aim to finish by 4.00 pm
The entry fee for each team is £20.00
(entire fee donated to our partner charity Cancer Research UK)
Maximum of 12 players per team and you can enter as many teams as you wish.
Umpires, bibs and balls will be provided for the Festival. The festival is being held outside so please bring appropriate clothing. Food and refreshments will be available to purchase however teams are welcome to bring their own.
Participants are asked to arrange their own insurance. England Netball offers a Back to Netball affiliation package for just £14.50, all they need to do is fill in an Affiliation Membership form and send along with payment to Head Office. Hard copies are available from the Regional Office.
Please complete the ‘Team Registration form’ for each team that you wish to enter and forward to Stacy Mound at the address on the form by Friday 27th April 2012 along with the entry fee. Cheques can be made payable to W.M.N.A.
Please be assured that although this is a tournament (in a round-robin format); it is intended to be a fun and friendly festival. It will be a great day for players to get some playing experience, to meet other new netballers and to learn some new skills.

Join us from 1pm-3pm in Walkers Heath Park on 19th May. Refresh those netball skills with FREE coaching from England Netball Community Development coach and volunteers. The day promises to be fun and relaxed. A series of FREE taster sessions available. Come along from 1pm until 3pm

Back To Netball Galore!
New Back to Netball sessions are starting up all over Birmingham. The drive to promote and set up B2N sessions nationwide is paying off with a tremendous rise in the number of participants now involved in physical activity through Netball.
England Netball coaches and Volunteers are delivering non-competitive fun filled netball sessions in and around Birmingham. Sessions are starting up wherever there is an identified need, whenever there are suitable facilities to support the need and however the participants want to approach the sport (Social, fitness, non-competitive game play etc)

Sport Makers
We are looking for Sport Makers who want to support the England Netball 'Back to Netball' programme by volunteering their time, getting others playing or coaching. Sport Makers who are a part of this initiative will be eligible for future funding for coach / official qualifications. Dates will be confirmed soon.
