KINGS NORTON TOURNAMENT 2010
The Tournament was played on 20th March 2010 at Dame Elizabeth Cadbury Technology College. Conditions on the courts were wet and it rained on and off during the morning. Neverthless nine schools took part and and managed to enjoy themselves on the whole.
The 2010 Tournament Winners were St Joseph - well done, and so far as we can remember a first! Having narrowly lost to Meadows in the Group rounds, St Joseph went through as runners up in Group Two. In the Semi Finals they beat the much fancied Our Lady of Lourdes who were the Group One winners, before returning to beat Meadows in the Final. St Brigid narrowly beat Our Lady of Lourdes by a last second goal in the play-off for Third Place.
